Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to your use of room11coaching.co.uk (“the site”), operated by Room 11 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16048275, whose registered office is at Millwood, Wrenbury Road, Aston, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 8DQ (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). By browsing or using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

These terms cover your use of the website itself. If you engage us for coaching or training, that work is governed by our separate General Terms and Conditions and any Special Conditions you sign with us, which take precedence over this page for that engagement.

Using this website

All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, the Room 11 Coaching name and the mountain motif, belongs to Anna Bates / Room 11 Coaching and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

You may view and browse the site for your own personal or business research. You may not scrape, copy or republish its content, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Newsletter and WhatsApp sign-up

When you sign up to our newsletter, you’re giving consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) to receive regular marketing emails from us. You can withdraw that consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

If you also opt in to WhatsApp contact, we may message you there about Room 11 Coaching. You can ask us to stop at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

Free downloads

E-books and other free resources on this site are provided for your own personal or business use. They remain our intellectual property and may not be redistributed, resold or republished without our written permission.

Buying the Call Confidence Method

The Call Confidence Method is a self-paced online programme purchased for a one-off fee of £149, which you keep for life. Purchases are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor; we don’t store your full card details. Once purchased, access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

As this is digital content delivered immediately on purchase, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 your normal 14-day right to cancel ends once you start accessing the material, and you’ll be asked at checkout to expressly consent to this and acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once access begins.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it’s faulty, contact us at anna@room11coaching.co.uk and we’ll put it right, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Coaching and training engagements

This website describes our coaching, training and leadership programmes. Nothing on this site forms a contract on its own. Any coaching, training or consulting engagement with an organisation is governed by our General Terms and Conditions and the Special Conditions agreed and signed for that specific piece of work, which set out fees, cancellation terms, intellectual property and liability for that engagement.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, and we’re not liable for loss arising from your use of it, except where the law doesn’t allow us to exclude that liability (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Content on this site is general in nature and isn’t a substitute for personalised coaching, legal, financial or medical advice.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
