Who we are
Room 11 Coaching is operated by Room 11 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16048275, whose registered office is at Millwood, Wrenbury Road, Aston, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 8DQ. For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Room 11 Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

We only collect what we need for the purpose stated. We don’t ask for more just in case.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our business. We only share what each one needs to do its job, and we don’t sell your data to anyone.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where that happens, they’re required to protect it using safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter and contact data for as long as you remain subscribed or in contact with us, and for up to 2 years after your last interaction, in case you get back in touch. Order and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as required by UK tax law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see Your rights, below).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter
- Object to how we’re using your data, or ask us to restrict it
- Ask for your data in a portable format

Cookies
This website uses cookies. Some are strictly necessary to make the site work and don’t require consent. Others, such as analytics cookies, are only set once you give consent through the cookie banner shown on your first visit, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). You can withdraw that consent at any time by changing your cookie settings through the banner or your browser.
