Hello, I’m Anna.
I believe in people.
Transformational coach, people trainer and keynote speaker. I specialise in transactional analysis and bring it into workplaces and 1:1 work alike.
The belief behind the work
People remember how you make them feel.
Whether I’m coaching or training, I want coachees, trainees, organisations and their customers to feel heard, seen and valued.
Own your magnificence.Give yourself credit for who you are and what you bring.

Outside of work, I am a mum of three, chair of governors at a local primary school, and a trustee at Nantwich Foodbank. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the side of a rugby pitch supporting my children, wild swimming, reading a book, or losing to my partner at Scrabble.
I’m also passionate about supporting kids in elite sporting pathways, which is why I’m building NudgMe. Head to nudg-me.com to find out more.
Being interested in, and believing in, people has always been the thread.
My coaching is grounded in listening, noticing, and getting to what matters. It’s an emotion-based coaching practice based on appreciative inquiry and positive psychology.
I bring over 25 years of commercial and telesales experience from shop floor to board level. I hold the following coaching qualifications: EMCC-accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching · EMCC EIA Practitioner accreditation. I also hold the Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS).
I hold TA101 in Transactional Analysis and am completing a foundation degree in Educational and Organisational Transactional Analysis. I bring both coaching and training to my work, grounded in the realities of running a business and working with people.
Fully insured with full public liability insurance.
My dad taught me to be warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in people. It sounds simple, but it changes how you show up, and it changes how people respond to you.
I learned to read parents, instructors, and children all at once. To notice what was not being said, as well as what was, and what each person needed from me in the moment.
Teaching babies and toddlers to swim is one of the most amazing roles anyone can have. It requires an immense amount of empathy, understanding, energy, and the ability to keep them occupied and entertained—skills I bring to my coaching and training every day.
Whether I’m training, coaching, or combining both, I read the people. It means I can respond to what’s in front of me, adapting to ensure everyone gets what they need from the sessions. They leave with a toolkit they can implement immediately.
What is Transactional Analysis and why do I love it so much?
Transactional analysis, often shortened to TA, is a way of understanding our personalities, relationships and communication. It helps us notice patterns in how we think, feel and behave, and what happens between people in a conversation.
In everyday terms: why did that conversation go the way it did, what did each person need, and what could we do differently next time?
I love TA because it gives people a practical language for something they already sense but can’t always name. It turns a vague feeling about a conversation into something you can actually work with and change. I bring this understanding into coaching, people training and keynote speaking, so it is useful at work and in your own life.
