About Me

I’m Anna Bates, a transformational coach and mentor, and the founder of Room 11 Coaching.

I hold a diploma in Transformational Coaching, and am an EMCC-accredited (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Business Coach.

Room 11 Coaching was born out of my natural affinity for helping people, combined with a lifelong belief that we all have it within ourselves to achieve more than we imagine, develop our own ideas and solutions, and fulfil our goals and dreams.

As well as providing mentoring with clarity and focus, with 20 years’ operational and strategic business experience behind me I’ve also demonstrated a clear ability to scale a business successfully.

Through a combination of transformational coaching, strategy planning, and mentoring, I’ll help take you and your business to the next level.

Who do I work with?

I work with individuals who are business owners, leaders, directors, and aspiring leaders, as well as senior leadership and organisational teams.

Some have experienced coaching before, some haven’t.

As a transformational coach and mentor, I’ll work with you or your team to achieve personal and professional growth through greater self-awareness, mindset changes, and skill development.

How will I do this?

My strategy sessions will give you a clear understanding, focus, and plan – so you can be confident that when you move forward, it’ll be in the right direction.

With my help, you’ll gain clarity on your goals, define your timescales, and (crucially) put the processes in place to ensure you meet your targets.

I’ll support you to dig deeper into your thoughts, give you space to think about things from a fresh perspective, and build the confidence you need to solve problems independently.

We’ll have robust, honest, and insightful conversations along the way, all accompanied by a generous sprinkling of fun and laughter.

And I also incorporate mindfulness into my coaching when appropriate.

I offer both face-to-face and online coaching, so while I’m based in Cheshire, sessions can take place wherever suits you best – and wherever you are in the world.
