Structure and Insight

Here’s how we do it, block by block:

1. The Masterclass

We assume nothing. We start from the beginning and we build up, shoring up the cracks in knowledge and equipping everyone with the tools they need to sell well; with ethics, ease and confidence.

 

Over two days and four modules we create a team with a shared understanding of what excellence sounds like, an excitement around the process and the motivation to pick up the phone, and talk to customers.

 

This isn’t about scripts, it’s about language, tone, presence, and intent. Your team will learn and develop tools they can use right there and then, on the next call they make.

This is training like no other. Feedback regularly sounds like 'this is the BEST sales training course I have ever been on' 'it is amazing- I was engaged from start to finish, over the full two days- and that never happens!'

2. The Coaching

This is where the shift really embeds. We take all the learning from Block 1 and we get stuck in, we listen to calls in real time, give instant feedback, and use our expertise in communication to affect change at a core level. But that’s just the beginning.

What follows is a tailored blend of ongoing team coaching, focused training, and 1:1 sessions that support individuals where they need it most. Whether it’s building confidence, handling objections, or understanding their own communication patterns, we help every team member take ownership of their own personal growth.

 

We work closely with your team to diagnose, develop, and reinforce behaviours that improve performance, whilst delivering relevant training at appropriate times. 

This is a deep dive, not a surface skimmer. We get to the root of what’s really going on, and then build the mindset and skill set to move forward with confidence, utilising all of the knowledge and skill gained in the previous block.
