I help directors and senior management teams map out the best structure for the organisation.

Together we’ll make sure roles and responsibilities are clear, the demands of the business are well-supported, and you can easily track performance and growth.

Clear and effective communication, both internally and with clients/partners, is crucial if you’re going to deliver excellent service.

Using a combination of coaching and mentoring, I’ll help you develop and execute a strong communications strategy across all levels of the business – so everyone is on the same page.

Multi-party coaching

Multi-party coaching begins with working with the sponsor (manager) to define your overarching organisational or departmental goals.

I’ll then work with each team member in 1:1 coaching sessions to identify and overcome their own roadblocks to achieving those goals.
