I work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, but mainly medium-sized enterprises who want to develop their senior managers and directors.

Crucially, because the skills and techniques I teach are all transferable, I don’t need to have any prior knowledge of your industry.

If you decide you’d like to go ahead and work with me, you’d then book a block of 6-10 sessions. Each session lasts 1-2 hours and takes place as often as you like, either on Zoom or face-to-face.

There are several options available for team coaching, please contact me to discuss your needs and I’ll then put together a bespoke package for you.

A one off, one hour coaching session is £250. Package prices vary depending on how long your sessions last and how many you book. Packages can be tailored to suit your circumstances, so please get in touch to discuss what you’re looking for.

Mindfulness techniques are a great way to ground, centre, and reset – and once mastered, can be reused again and again in endless situations.

We are based in Cheshire, UK so have easy access to the North West, the Midlands, and London for face-to-face sessions. Zoom session allow us to also coach internationally with ease.
